About the project

Faced with the growing need for proteins and the stakes involved in the valorization of food co-products, the partners of the PepSeaNov project wish to join forces to develop new processes for the production of fish protein hydrolysates, to identify and quantify the active sequences of these hydrolysates, and to validate their nutritional interest for the animal and human nutrition markets, particularly in the field of stress.
