Today, consumers are changing their habits for prepared products with a desire to cook easily and quickly. In addition, they are turning to more nutritious, healthy and natural products than before. Research focuses mainly on the enhancement and diversification of aquatic products, the development of healthy, safe and sustainable aquatic products and the anticipation of consumer behavior.
The Aquimer cluster has fully contributed to amplify the results of the OXYVIR project through its large network of partners. It has also been involved in the organisation of the OXYVIR project feedback day that will take place on 14 September 2020 in Paris. Finally, Aquimer will once again be associated with the OXYVIR 2 project, which aims to validate the method for discriminating between infectious and non-infectious noroviruses in shellfish.

Opinion of the Scientific Committee of Experts
The Scientific Expert Committee is responsible for issuing an opinion on the relevance of the projects likely to be labelled by the Cluster, and then for assessing the successful completion of those that have been selected.
Labelling by the Cluster's Board of Directors
The Cluster's Board of Directors follows the recommendations of the Scientific Committee of Experts to label projects. The labelling guarantees the quality of the project, especially with the financial partners.
