Back to the AQUIMER meeting of July

The AQUIMER meeting in July focused on product innovations and current trends in the aquatic products sector.

After an introduction on the world market of aquatic products during the year 2019, our watch officer Georges Semedo Cabral presented the new food products, which allow to reinvent the aquatic products sector according to consumers' expectations (ethical and environmental issues, traceability and rapid preparation).

This AQUIMER meeting was also an opportunity to take stock of the strategies adopted by the professionals of the sector, in particular on the valorisation of co-products and the development of new packaging.
