IVAMER puts the ideas of the food industry into practice, from the formalization of ideas to their development and market validation. Hydrolysates that will integrate food formulations, IPAs based on production gaps for ready meals, the development of ingredients for aquaculture, the implementation of processes to better exploit resources.

IVAMER has been developing for more than 12 years its expertise in the field of agro-resources valorisation (IFA and seafood products).

Our experience has led us to accompany many players in the development of new ingredients from multiple raw materials, for example shellfish, molluscs (marine and terrestrial), vegetables, fish, food production gaps (pastries, ready meals …).

IVAMER assists producers and food processing industries in the management and valorisation of co-products. IVAMER’s know-how extends from the design of a project to the implementation of the solution, including the research and development phases. IVAMER systematically takes into account the constraints of raw material supply and the regulatory aspect.
