Study on the evolution of the socio-economic impacts of mechanisation/automation/robotization in the aquatic products sector

Context

This project follows on from the SEACRET study which raised several blocking points in relation to the evolution of packaging in the aquatic products sector. The conclusions of this study imposed the launch of a prospective study on the sector's robotization/mechanization/automation needs.

The overall interest of the MECAFISH project is to define, by trade and large product category, the unit operations that could be subject to mechanization/automation/robotization and help to improve the competitiveness of companies in the whole sector.
