SMEs and start-ups : Europe, not even afraid !

On Wednesday, November 20, 2019 the French Hauts-de-France region organised, in collaboration with AQUIMER, an event aiming to raise awareness among French SMEs and Start-ups of both European funding opportunities and actual benefits from R&I projects.

The event was held in the premises of the International Chamber of Commerce in Lille and a hundred participants, including 50 companies, participated in this meeting. Our European Project Manager, Margherita Vece, spoke in the “partnerships workshop” and shared her experience with the audience. Other than that, different opportunities were clearly presented, the need for engaging in R&I activities was stressed, and private F2F meetings were organised with Pascal Formisyn, the H2020 National Contact Person for SMEs.
