World markets for aquatic products: FranceAgrimer's study report

The restitution of the study was organized in the premises of the CCI Littoral-Hauts-de-France, in Boulogne-sur-Mer, on September 24, 2020, in the presence of Mr. Thierry Missonnier, CEO of AQUIMER.

This study was introduced by Guillaume Nouvel (FranceAgrimer), and presented by Quentin Le Bras and Pierre-Etienne Rollet (Via Aqua), as well as Marie-Emmanuelle Peyronne (Sopexa) and Stéphanie Léo (Business France). They presented the working methods that led to the elaboration of twelve import and twenty-five export sheets. The participants were given a detailed presentation of the import sheets on salmon and cephalopods, as well as the export sheets on whelk/Japan and smoked salmon and smoked trout/Spain.

"Players in the aquatic products sector now have access to information that is both very recent and targeted on a large number of species, products and potential markets. Despite the fears raised by Brexit and the impact of the coronavirus crisis, these factsheets come at the right time for those who want to develop their business internationally".
