Originally founded by 3 fish farmers in the Hauts-de-France region, TRUITE SERVICE, now relies on a network of 6 associates and their fish farms located in the region, thus guaranteeing the company a daily and secure supply, both in quality and quantity throughout the year. This proximity of the farms also allows for the delivery of live fish in very short time.
The flexibility in the supplies and the reactivity of a versatile, competent and motivated team allow the company to offer ultra-fresh products processed within the day and to satisfy the expectations of their customers in the best possible way. Today, Trout Service has more than 20 employees and processes more than 1,200 tonnes of trout each year, with a turnover of 5.1 million euros in 2018.
