SYMBIOSE

This project develops a circular and educational farm model bringing together market gardening, fish farming, insect rearing and food processing. The objective is to create an ecosystem in which the different productions are complementary and where resources are used optimally. Through the valorization of waste and co-products, the project seeks to close production loops, limit losses and reduce reliance on external resources. An approach that combines circular economy, local food production, education and sustainable agriculture.
