CATFISH FARMING IN HAUTS-DE-FRANCE

Born from a passion for catfish and solid experience in fish farming, this project aims to develop a French land-based catfish farming sector in Hauts-de-France that is sustainable, local, and high-performing.

The model is based on a recirculating system, enabling better control of production conditions and water use. The ambition is to make catfish a new local aquaculture resource, while contributing to the development of more sustainable fish farming and the structuring of new regional production. The development of French fish farming addresses national production challenges and environmental impact management.
