What is the nature of your business?
We develop large scale aquaponic units, whose dimensions are adapted to the city we are addressing. We are building our first demo in 2020 in the Drome area.
For whom are your products/services intended?
We produce fish and leafy vegetables for sale in local markets to caterers/restaurants, private individuals and collective catering in close collaboration with the towns that host our project.
In what way are innovation and research important for your sector of business?
Aquaponics, although practiced worldwide on different scales, has not yet crossed the barrier of profitability on a large scale in France: operational costs must be kept under control through innovations in energy management, monitoring, development of dedicated equipment and substrates.
