For whom are your products/services intended?

Our technology is an electric product equipment intended for aquaculture farms, small-scale processing industries, hotels, and villages.

Water turbine energy is predictable, reliable, and available all over the world. Moreover, marine currents are often near aquaculture sites.

The Aquimer Pole is helping us for the aquaculture applications. This sector is moving toward higher and higher environmentally-friendly standards, with electric production based on local and renewable sources.

In what way are innovation and research important for your sector of business?

The water turbine sector is only emerging still, access to resources is more difficult than it is for other types of renewable energy. It is necessary to find new technological solutions to remove technical obstacles related to access to this resource. The Aquimer Pole enables us to have access to scientific programs in this domain, it allows us to access trial sites over the Hautes-de-France region. Aquimer also introduced us to international players in this field, matching very well our market target.
