ECO-Treatment of water by Microbubbles in Aquaculture and Industrial process of transformation of aquatic products

Context

In the food industry, water quality is an essential parameter for production, both qualitatively and quantitatively, with important financial stakes. Micro-bubble technology is known to increase the quantity of air or oxygen dissolved in water in order to improve its quality. This system is a sustainable alternative to chemical disinfection substances.

Objective

Studying the disinfection performances of the microbubble technology proposed by the company SLQI Systems, the latter being particularly innovative in the mode of generation of microbubbles.
