Creating a cross-border laboratory capable of providing a global response to the research problems of companies in the agri-food and fisheries sectors while improving the health, nutrition and food safety of inhabitants/consumers.

● To develop food processes and their use with a view to sustainable development;
● To develop food processes and their use to improve ergonomic working conditions and promote employment opportunities.
