Race to innovate in the agri-foods sector

The juries of the Food Créative 2020 and the PDM Innovation lab competitions met in June to evaluate innovative agri-food products/services. Angeline Pignon, Deputy Director of Aquimer, was honored to be selected to be part of the jury and to bring her expertise in innovation in the food industry and more particularly in the aquatic products sector.

Food Creativ 2020, organized by the Comité de Promotion Hauts-de-France and the CERTIA Interface, rewards innovative food products and services created in the Hauts-de-France region. Organised for the ninth time, this competition allows the winners to benefit from a promotion via an event, social networks and numerous communication media. The big winners of the competition will be announced on the day of the ceremony on October 1st  2020, at the headquarters of the Hauts-de-France region, during an afternoon event dedicated to innovation.

The  Innovation Lab organized by the magazine PDM returns for the third consecutive year on September 17, 2020. A day rich in innovation, around the aquatic products sector, during which the subjects of digital, transparency, clean label and consumer guarantees will be addressed by various speakers. The "favorites" of the innovation (jury and public prizes) will be awarded in the following categories: fresh, grocery, catering, frozen and concept.
