The Maison Perard was founded in 1964 by Serge Perard in Le Touquet. In the strict respect of the original recipe which made the reputation of our House, we work every day to offer you a range of quality products.

The Label Rouge on our fish soups rewards this daily work and underlines the commitments made to our partners, from the fishermen of the port of Boulogne-sur-Mer to the producers of Saffron pistil in Iran, and the pickers of Salicornia in the Bay of the Somme.

Attached to the values that have made the reputation of the House Perard, we wish to perpetuate local know-how and better acquaint you with our range.
