Agriloops is an aquaponics company : its main activity is designing aquaponics farms combining prawns and cultivation of vegetables. Aquaculture in saltwater environments is Agriloops’s speciality.
Agriloops is a French start-up launched in 2016 with the ambition to invent the food system of the future. Agriloops’ aquaponics farms combine prawn farming and market gardening, where each step is valued: the prawns fed are then used to fertilize the vegetables produced. Their aim is to achieve antibiotic- and pesticide-free production for a better respect of the environment and a limited impact on ecosystems. Agriloops guarantees French production, without freezing, close to the consumer and with traceability from the basin to the plate.
