Valofish is a supplier of IAP (intermediate agri-food products) for its customers (food industry, dietetics, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals…). It manufactures fish flesh/pulps/bits & pieces/fillets. It mainly uses salmon, cod, saithe, white fish but its trading network enables it to offer other raw materials such as crustaceans, molluscs and cephalopods. The company, created in 2007 and BRC certified since 2010, is committed to sustainable development. With a capacity of 40 tons/day, Valofish is today a key player as a IAP supplier. The company from Boulonnais provides quick response to the problems of its food-processing customers, innovative and flexible solutions, and qualitative tools. Today Valofish has 3 530m² of installations under permanent control: a production workshop (optimization: sorting, meat production, topping, packaging, grinding, mixing of ingredients, forming), a block freezing line (plate freezers), two positive cold rooms (capacity 60 tons) and one negative cold room (capacity 150 pallets).
