About the project
The project wishes to propose an alternative to imported fishmeal, which is available in limited quantities and has a strong impact on the environment and wild fish stocks. The project is part of an environmental transition issue and aims at building and optimizing a pilot production unit for insect meal, validating the nutritional properties of this meal on farmed fish, and securing intellectual property.
