COST - European Cooperation in Science and Technology - is a program for networking research and innovation communities in Europe. The objective is to strengthen scientific and technological research by supporting cooperation through networking activities.
The program finances only one type of transnational project: the COST Action. This action allows to federate one or several communities of researchers around a scientific theme and to network young researchers.
This scheme only funds networking activities: conferences, symposia, scientific visits, knowledge dissemination activities, etc.
Researchers affiliated with any institution (public or private) may participate. It is open to all disciplines according to an entirely “bottom-up” submission/evaluation process. i.e., it is the researchers who propose their topics.
TYPE OF SUPPORT
COST contributes financially to networking activities.
Deadline for applications: October 29, 2021 at 12:00pm.
