Each year, the conference organised by the NASF is a major event that brings together oer 500 ordering parties from 30 countries and 300 companies. It provides information on the main challenges facing the seafood products industry: markets, regulations, funding and also provides the opportunity to meet international decision-makers from the sector in one place and at the same time.

From the 13th to the 15th June 2012, the ProbioGEM laboratory and the 'Société Française des Peptides Antimicrobiens' are hosting «The Third International Symposium on Antimicrobial Peptides».
In agreement with the various local players, this event, which up until now has never been held in our region, will take place on the site of the Polytech'Lille School of Engineering, at the University of Lille 1. Every two years, this international symposium brings together 200 to 250 researchers, doctoral students and teacher-researchers from around the world along with industrial players.
For three days, the participants will meet for various scientific sessions on innovative themes in the field of biotechnologies. In addition, industrial exhibitor presentation stands and meeting times with teachers and researchers will be scheduled during the symposium.
