S.H.I: Sea Health Innovation
To develop a range of innovative products for the fresh and frozen food markets.
These products, the result of innovative processes, will offer consumers original flavours whilst taking into account the nutritional aspect and recommendations from the Programme National Nutrition Santé (PNNS) 2.
They will also allow partner companies to promote their aquatic products and co-products.
This project was labellised by the AQUIMER Pole of Competitiveness on 24 November 2006 and co-labellised by the Valorial, Pole of Competitiveness on 25 June 2008.
