This project aims to recycle raw effluents from Copalis, a cooperative for the processing of fish co-products, as well as flotation sludge and the screenings from the aquatic products transformation industries in Boulogne-sur-Mer. These effluents will be processed in a methanisation unit which will produce heat and electricity by co-generation. The renewable energy thus produced will allow for a reduction in the emission of greenhouse gases..
